There are a number of restrictions regarding the shipment of Lithium batteries, hence every unit will be sent individually.

Production batches will be limited to some 10 - 12, hopefully every two months or so.

According to the above limitations, a "group purchase" is not a realistic option.

As stated above in this thread, unit price is 120Eur (registered shipping with tracking included), and orders can be arranged by email to my account: clonix41@gmail.com.

Hello,

The card indeed requires some pressure to insert the pins into the connector and get recognized.

Although it is protected against inverse insertion, it is not recommended. Lettering in the card *must* face on the display/keyboard front of the PB-2000C.

The insertion run of the contacts is very small, about 0.5mm.

If the card is properly inserted you will find some "resistence" in the lock at the moment of extraction.

Note on the inserting position: Though the cards can be inserted in both ways, and the correct way is with the key legend facing towards the Keyboard/Display side; the desing has been made to prevent any damage if, for whatever reason, it is inserted the wrong way: the PB-2000C won't turn on.

Hi all,

Thanks for keeping track of the Cards requests, Dom.

The connectors order has finnaly reached my local post office.

They should be delivered tomorrow morning. Finger crossed for they to be of the same type of the previous ones which have proven to match the card slot contacts.

I will confirm soon afterwards and then I can begin attending the requests (will use a standard FIFO type stack for that... )
