Oh, I received your mail in this morning, here. Hello again.cgh a écrit : ↑14 janv. 2023 19:22Yes, The project is fully stopped yet. Rom1500 who was the leader and the initiator of the project gave up and closed it. I still own the prototype of the screen, the XICOR flash (32K flash) and a module that maps the the 16K RAM memory and the 16K ROM shared between the CE-150/CE-158. The module is littke buggy. For working on this project, I have developed some new softwares in my lhTools: an emulator/code executor and the latest WIP version of the emulator integrates the support of the LCD, the 1560 and the TE-1506 or 7 module. Due to the abandon of the project, I never released the new lhTools. They are almost ready: I need to finish the documentation and do some cleaning inside the code to remove some debug part. If you are interested, I may send you an archive of the current "start of the art". I have no plan today to finish and complete the future lhTools.Piyomaru a écrit : ↑14 janv. 2023 10:32Thank you for your reply. It was very impressive project. It might cause many difficulities. I'll ask him or her via direct message. I felt a brightness of wisdom with it. I thought the world is larger than I felt.Dom a écrit : ↑14 janv. 2023 09:38It's a real project (from our forum friend Rom1500) but it seems it stopped. I don't really know why (I'm not old enough in this forum).Piyomaru a écrit : ↑14 janv. 2023 09:00 http://www.pc-1500.info/2014/05/02/pc-1 ... in-french/ I didn't know about this "PC-1560 It is a real project?
I ensured the existence and current status of PC-1560 project.
In Japan, we need to input Japanese characters by using Japanese front end processor. So, Z80A might be "must" parts.
As you know PC-1600 calls many mathematic functions on LH-5803.
For non-Japanese users, Z80A may not be so important.
PC-1560 project and LHtools gave me a big surprise. It can be descrive as a "Shock".
Such a project tends to stack or crash for many reason.
But I believe many people should know about this project.
